Leave Nairobi using Thika Road, headed North towards Nanyuki on the new "Chinese Highway".
Keep on the Nyeri Karatina highway and turn right at Marwa Town - 12 kms from Karatina town;
Head North, out of Nanyuki, via Timau and towards Isiolo, basically staying on the main road;
From Isiolo keep going North towards Archer's Post;

100 m past the Kalama gate exit on the left – leave the main road on the RIGHT.

At 4.2 km – (Ignore the zig-zag nature of road as they all feed back onto main road). Turn LEFT at fork.
At 4.7 km– Keep STRAIGHT on main road (i.e. do not turn left)
At 17.1 km – Go LEFT at fork
At 28.4 km – Go LEFT at fork
At 29.7 km – Go RIGHT at fork
CONTINUE for 19 km to reach Saruni Rhino.
