- Slight left onto the R21 N ramp to City Centre/Kempton Park/Pretoria (800m)
- Take N4 to R49 in Zeerust (295 km)
- Merge onto R21 and continue for 19.3 km
- Keep right to stay on R21 for 16.2 km
- Take exit 134 for N1 N toward Polokwane (2.2 km)
