When departing the airport, proceed on the N2 highway towards Cape Town City Centre.
Continue for about 15 km and with Table Mountain approaching in front of you.
Remain on the N2 in the lane heading towards Cape Town City Centre and V&A Waterfront.
Continue on the Eastern Boulevard in the right hand lane heading towards the city.
Follow the signs to the Waterfront and the Convention Centre (CTICC).
As you approach the end of the highway, you will arrive at a large intersection and set of traffic lights.
The Westin Grand and the CTICC is on your left and the entrance to the V&A Waterfront on your right.
At the traffic lights, continue straight up Buitengracht Street towards Table Mountain.
At the 5th set of traffic lights, turn left into Wale Street.
Continue down Wale Street and the Taj Cape Town is located at the bottom & adjacent to St. Georges mall and directly opposite the cathedral.
Secured, covered parking is available in Mandela Rhodes Place in Burg Street, accessible from Wale St just before the Taj.
There is clear signage for interpark parking garage.
Guests parking in Madela Rhodes Place may proceed via lobby and enter Taj Cape Town through the pedestrian entrance on St. Georges Mall.

Head southeast on Wale St toward Van Der Meulen St
Take the 2nd left onto Buitengracht St/M62
Turn right onto Strand St
Continue onto Newmarket St
Merge onto N2 via the ramp to Somerset/Muizenberg
Merge onto N2
Keep left at the fork to continue on Settlers Way/N2, follow signs for Cape Town International Airport/Somerset West
Take exit 16 toward Lughawe Airport
Merge onto Airport Approach Rd
Keep right to stay on Airport Approach Rd
